Storms are for nature, not for mankind. Rage can drown thy soul.

A Raging Soul

I know now,
Storms, they come for a reason.
Oft unannounced, they ask time not for convenience,
Nor do they care for season.

In stormy clouds,
Thoughts and feelings gather untamed.
Raging alignments,
They become a tension contained.

They can only hold so much,
Before their emotions outpour as rain.
When unleashed upon another,
There is no gain. There is no gain.

Words without sense nor necessity,
Uttered by a tongue confused, even foul.
Yells, unrefined and shallow,
Sounds of an unguided wind’s howl.

You ask, the reason for such storms?
One’s oceans give substance and depth to their clouds.
Here, traumas and misalignments of the past reside.
Here, rage arises and strikes aloud.

Oceans of anger swell beneath the clouds,
Roaring, crashing, wave upon wave.
Fierce undercurrents, they pull in all directions.
Those caught in their rips, in dire need of a save.

Is it just for the past to torment the present?
Those around, undeserving of this rage.
Lightning hurled may be thrown back upon those who hurl.
The scales balance standing upon the Creator’s stage.

A storm may inflict upon many,
Hurt and wounds.
Thy sails shall become as tatters,
No wind shall guide thy raging typhoons.

Remember, we were not made to strike with words nor fists.
We were not made to house a raging storm.
We were made as caretakers, gentle and wise.
We were created in the best form.

Granted were we, our intellect and heart,
Granted were we, our self-control,
Storms are for nature, not for mankind,
Rage can drown thy given soul.

Road Rage is a human reaction by some motor vehicle drivers..
I was hesitant a while ago deciding momentarily which way to turn.
The male driver behind sounded his horn.
I asked the driver , “ would you shout at a hesitant person in a checkout queue ? “
Horn sounding in France incurs a fine unless in emergency.

Saif , that is a great piece of poetry comparing weather with human behaviour.
You are on the way to compete with Lord Byron who penned over 400 poems touching on most aspects of human experience.

Saif , you certainly have talent , another fine work of poetic verse.
I am calling you a budding Lord Byron ,

Saif , your art work deserves wider exposure.
It could be said that you are hiding your talent under a bushel.
